Only Muslims can use this service.
Female applicants MUST have a guardian to represent them except for exceptional circumstances.
The registration fee is non-refundable even if the applicant withdraws or no longer requires the service.
The applicant must inform Green Dream Marriage of any change in details given on the registration form.
It is our responsibility to provide our best effort in the search process, however, we are not guaranteed that a suitable match will be found.
It is the duty of the members to look for suitable matches using the resources of Green Dream Marriage.
The Company reserves the right to change the policy any time without prior notice.
Procedure
The registration form must be filled and submitted to us, with a fee of nonrefundable. This will enable us to process your application and give you access to our services for the whole year. However, this charge is variable over time.
The above amount can be paid directly to us during our office opening hours. Or, it can be paid online. Any cheque payment should be made payable to Green Dream Marriage and Consultancy Ltd. The name and address of the payer should be written on the back of the cheque.
Based on the information provided by clients in the registration form, we do our best to find the perfect match.
The registration process will take 5 working days and all client-related information will be saved in our database.
We give no assurance that the information provided by clients at the time of registration is true and authentic. We cannot be held responsible in any way.
For any wrong or Delusive information in the registration form, Green Dream Marriage reserves the right to cancel the membership at any time, and paid registration fees will not be refunded.
We do not register clients under 18 years of age.
Terms and Condition
As a client of this organization, the agreement will be active as long as a valid member.
Client registration will be considered as a legally binding agreement, clients will be notified of any changes that occur.
It will be assumed that clients have read and understood all the terms and conditions and agreed to the policy and procedures of the organization when they will submit the registration form and will use our service.
Membership can be canceled any time by notifying us via email.post or telephone. We reserve our right to cancel your membership any time or refuse your registration on reasonable grounds.
All rights, privileges, obligations, and liabilities of you and/or Green Dream marriage with respect to any transactions or services by, with, or in connection with Green Dream marriage service for all purposes shall be governed by this agreement.
